Accounting Clerk

<Duties>

• Review and approve accounts payable batches for payment
• Match checks against invoices to ensure proper payment is made
• Process Replacement Reserve Draws as needed
• Filing, both electronically and physically
• Communicates effectively and timely with Director of Property Accounting and CFO
• Communicates effectively and timely with the property owners/asset managers if required
• Performs any additional duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
