Tackle Enterprises is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

We are a fast-paced company in the fishing industry that values integrity, teamwork, innovation, and excellence. The ideal candidate is personable, flexible, friendly, highly organized, and comfortable working with computers and cloud-based software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll and financial reporting
• Organize and maintain digital records
• Work within QuickBooks Online and various SaaS platforms
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports
• Handle accounting and financial management for company-owned apartments and storage units
• Track rental income, expenses, tenant payments, and property-related records
• Support office and administrative operations as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using multiple SaaS/cloud-based programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
