Accounting Clerk

Overview

Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounting Clerk and become a vital contributor to our financial operations. In this energetic role, you will support accurate financial record-keeping, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with a variety of bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Your attention to detail and passion for numbers will help maintain the integrity of our financial data while providing excellent support across our accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry
• Credit Card Processing
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Working closely with Inside Sales Accounting Manager
• Assist in journal entries, account analysis, and double-entry bookkeeping to support month-end close activities.
• Billing, Invoicing, and Record Keeping
• Utilize Excel data analysis skills to generate reports, analyze financial data, and assist with audit preparations.

Experience

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles within corporate or governmental settings.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and general ledger management.
• Demonstrated ability in data entry accuracy combined with excellent numeracy skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
