JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous automotive office experience with a strong analytical ability. The day-to-day duties of this role include assisting with Vehicle Inventory and Billing Clerks, collecting and processing payments, maintaining and reconciling schedules, filing, and other tasks that are requested from the office manager.

Competitive Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive dealership experience is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work in team environments as wells as independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Excel
• CDK experience is a plus
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening

SHIFT & SCHEDULE Monday – Friday; 8:00am -5:00pm
