Accounting Clerk - Part Time

This position is a part time job opening that is around 20 hours per week. Shift is Monday - Wednesday 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Balancing cash till

- Entering and filing customer invoices

- Entering accounts payable invoices including three-way match of invoice, bill of lading and purchase order

- Answering phones

- Other miscellaneous duties

Job Requirements:

- Age 18+

- Driver’s license with insurable driving record

- High school diploma/GED

Preferred experience:

- Self-motivated

- Previous accounting experience

- Attention to detail

Located in Gresham, Oregon

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
