What you will do.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports like monthly inventory, budget, P&L,outstanding, expenses and other information reports.
2.Supervise all regular accounting processes plus monthly closure accounts.
3.Good understanding of accounting standards and principles.
4. Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
5.Managing AP and AR
6. Trial balance review and ensure completeness for all locations
7.Preparation of the first draft of FS.
8.Preparation of quarterly & annually audit schedules and audit requirements, reconciliations, backup workings etc.
9. Tax Compliance including TDS, GST monthly, quarterly & annual reconciliation for all locations
10. Team leading and supervision
What we are looking for.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles (IND AS / GAAP)
- Expertise in financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, trial balances, budgets, inventory, and expense reports
- Experience in managing AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and general ledger analysis
- Strong understanding of taxation, including TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
- Experience in audit coordination, preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret financial data for strategic decision-making
- Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures
- Skill in preparing first drafts of financial statements and ensuring completeness across multiple locations
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to financial accuracy and compliance
