Accounting Consultant - Odoo must

Job Summary:

This is a direct employment role with our firm. The selected candidate will be deployed at a client site for a defined assignment period. Following a short client evaluation phase, the employee will be sponsored under the company’s employment visa. Upon completion of the client assignment, the employee will be reassigned back to the firm.

Location: Ajman, UAE
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Tentative Deployment Duration: 8–9 months
Visa: Visit visa with prior UAE experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and current accounting records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support month-end and period-end closing processes.
• Handle invoicing, receipt tracking, and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
• Assist with VAT documentation and return filings in line with UAE tax regulations.
• Provide required financial data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Ensure systematic organization, documentation, and proper filing of all financial records.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Review, update, and clear accounting backlogs by posting historical transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documentation and maintain accurate, compliant financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in an accounting/auditing/consulting firm preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software - Odoo must
• Visit visa with prior UAE experience preferred.
• Immediate availability must.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
