Job Description -

We are currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support our team with general accounting tasks, invoice processing and day-to-day accounts payable functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities -
- Process vendor invoices; verify quantities and pricing, and job/cost coding against purchase orders
- Assist with processing a high volume of invoices while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Monitor the accounts payable inbox and incoming mail; sort and route as needed
- Help track invoice approvals, resolve any invoice discrepancies and follow up on any missing or incomplete documentation
- Assist with vendor set up and maintenance, including W-9s and keeping vendor information up to date
- Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice coding, and account reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entered into the accounting system
- Support project teams and internal teams by providing accurate financial information related to project expenses
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
