Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Data Entry Assistant to support daily finance operations. The role involves handling petty cash, data entry, and basic accounting tasks while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain petty cash records and reconciliations
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions
  • Support basic accounting activities such as journal entries and record keeping
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable documentation
  • Reconcile bank and cash transactions
  • Maintain organized financial files and records
  • Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounts or finance support role (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience handling petty cash
  • Good data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or hospitality sector is preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
