Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Data Entry Assistant to support daily finance operations. The role involves handling petty cash, data entry, and basic accounting tasks while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain petty cash records and reconciliations
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions
- Support basic accounting activities such as journal entries and record keeping
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable documentation
- Reconcile bank and cash transactions
- Maintain organized financial files and records
- Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounts or finance support role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience handling petty cash
- Good data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Previous experience in the healthcare or hospitality sector is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
