Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our office team. This role involves managing and inputting data accurately into various systems, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring the integrity of our records. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and prior office or clerical experience. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with office management tools are considered a plus. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations in a professional environment.

Duties

  • Enter and update data into Accounting software and Microsoft Office applications with high accuracy.
  • Manage filing systems electronically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Proofread documents for errors before submission to ensure quality control.
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing paperwork.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and clerical practices.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse clients or staff members.
  • Prior office experience, including administrative or reception roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant experience, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to proofread documents thoroughly and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. This position is essential for maintaining smooth administrative operations within our organization and offers a dynamic work environment for motivated individuals seeking growth in office management and clerical roles.
