Role Overview
As an Accounting Executive, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and be directly involved in day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how finance actually works inside a manufacturing and export-driven company.
You will not just “assist”—you will be expected to understand, question, and improve.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze cash flow, budgets, and financial records
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting
- Process invoices with proper verification, documentation, and coding
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers with accuracy
- Assist in import/export documentation and compliance
- Support procurement accounting, including PO tracking and vendor follow-ups
- Assist in payroll data handling and record maintenance
- Participate in bank reconciliations and month-end closing
- Coordinate with different departments for accurate and timely financial data
- Prepare documentation for audits and financial reviews
- Contribute to improving finance processes and systems (including ERP)
Requirements
- CA Inter (completed or result awaited) OR ACCA (part-qualified / affiliate)
- Strong conceptual clarity in:
- Financial Accounting
- Costing basics
- Reconciliations and ledgers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you should be comfortable working with data)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility early
