About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR & Accounting Executive to support HR operations, payroll, invoicing, and coordination for our USA logistics & trucking clients.
- Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM (US Shift)
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding & documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave & performance records
- Handle employee queries & HR compliance
- Assist in manpower planning and shift scheduling
Accounting & Payroll
- Prepare monthly payroll and reports
- Manage salary sheets & disbursements
- Create and track invoices for US clients
- Reconcile payments & follow up on pending invoices
- Maintain expenses & reimbursement logs
Coordination
- Work closely with US operations team
- Maintain daily logs, summaries & compliance files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Accounting
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or accounting
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good English communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
