About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Accounting Executive to support HR operations, payroll, invoicing, and coordination for our USA logistics & trucking clients.

  • Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM (US Shift)

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding & documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave & performance records
  • Handle employee queries & HR compliance
  • Assist in manpower planning and shift scheduling

Accounting & Payroll

  • Prepare monthly payroll and reports
  • Manage salary sheets & disbursements
  • Create and track invoices for US clients
  • Reconcile payments & follow up on pending invoices
  • Maintain expenses & reimbursement logs

Coordination

  • Work closely with US operations team
  • Maintain daily logs, summaries & compliance files

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Accounting
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or accounting
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Good English communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
