The Role
This isn't a sit-and-observe internship. From day one, you'll be doing real work — digging into our financials, cleaning up past expenses, organizing our books, and helping us build better systems going forward. We want someone who doesn't just execute tasks but comes with ideas of their own and isn't afraid to speak up.

What You'll Do

• Reconcile and organize historical expenses and financial records
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
• Identify gaps in our current processes and propose improvements
• Work closely with leadership on financial operations

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in QuickBooks — this is a must
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• General bookkeeping experience
• Self-starter who can jump into the weeds and figure things out
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proactive mindset — you bring solutions, not just questions
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
