Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 6 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least [2] years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian tax laws (specified based on the office).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
