Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with MO P&P

Ensures all bank reconciliations are performed in a timely and accurately manner

Maintains uniform accounting procedures for recurring and routine transactions

Maintains balance sheet accountability and organize timely balance sheet review

Monitors controls for cash disbursements and accounts payable

Collection of common charges and incidental fees

Maintain log of Insurance matters and any other claims of service charges

Manages period close and produces monthly accounts within the time frame laid down

Establishes cut-off in compliance with corporate, analyzes pre-close results, approves required adjustments

Prepares/reviews periodic reports showing key results

Requirements

Able to communicate, both written and verbal Turkish and English

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Two to five years Assistant Controller/Controller Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations

Prolific in all Windows Based Software Application

Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel

Ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spread sheets and complex technical information

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal

Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation

Approachable, open-minded and fair
