Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll Administration, and Financial Accounting for our UK and US-based clients. This role covers a wide range of financial tasks including invoicing, payments, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation, with a strong focus on UK and US financial regulations, including IFRS and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, issue client invoices, reconcile ledgers, and handle disputes.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processing, reporting, and employee records, ensuring compliance with UK and US regulations.
  • Financial Accounting: Prepare financial statements, manage month-end close, maintain the general ledger, and assist with tax compliance.
  • Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and track expenses.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, manage cash flow, and provide strategic financial insights.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in accounts, payroll, and financial accounting, preferably with UK and US clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or CIMA preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel MUST, and strong knowledge of UK and US financial regulations. Good English speaking and writing skills.

Work Environment:

  • Remote & On-site Work: Independently manage tasks with regular communication with UK and US clients.
