Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Onsite – Tanta, Egypt

Join our growing ERP solutions team as an Accounting Manager and take the lead in managing the company’s financial operations and reporting activities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in ERP accounting systems , and deep knowledge of financial regulations.

You’ll oversee all accounting processes, ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, manage budgets and audits, and guide a talented team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll, and General Ledger).
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting and tax standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Lead audits and enhance ERP accounting system accuracy.
• Coach and develop accounting team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
