Accounting Manager

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Accounting Manager" with below requirements for our client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 15-20 years of accounting experience ( Referably with experience in heavy industry)
• Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Strong background in system development and process improvement
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication)
• Holds a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / SMMM license
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Job Description

• Manage general accounting, financial statements, tax declarations, and legal reporting
• Operate and improve accounting processes within the SAP system
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Actively participate in process improvement and digitalization projects
• Ensure implementation of company financial policies
