We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate must be experienced in QuickBooks Online, possess strong leadership capabilities, and be well-versed in international accounting standards and practices (IFRS/GAAP). This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team; assign tasks, review work, and ensure high-quality output.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
- Oversee payroll management, tax filings, and statutory compliance relevant to Pakistan regulations.
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes in QuickBooks Online; ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during annual audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive automation where possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CPA, ICMA) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong command of QuickBooks Online and other accounting/ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Pakistan tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
