Accounting Manager

Our client is a company in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, strong critical skills, and high attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $90k-110k.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a key leadership role in the month-end process, financial analyst, audits, tax compliance support and oversight of accounts payable and account receivable.
• Journal entry preparation and review.
• Record and reconcile all intercompany transactions.
• Ensure financial results and investigate material variances.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Coordinate audit time lines, requests and deliverables.
• Ad hoc project as needed.

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
