Accounting Manager – Absolute Manufacturing – Arlington, WA

Job Summary:

  • Prepare and oversee division monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Analyze customer financial performance
  • Support year end processes including physical inventories, fixed asset reconciliations, and research and development accounting
  • Manage the division general ledger and corporate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and support financial planning
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with operations to ensure proper valuation and controls
  • Monitor manufacturing costs and shop rates and make adjustment recommendations
  • Analyze inventory turnover and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor/File state, local, property, and payroll taxes and meet reporting requirements
  • Become an Epicor SME and help operations improve efficiency and other divisions as required

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing – aerospace manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems including cost accounting, financial statement preparation, inventory management/analysis, and ad hoc reporting (experience with Epicor ERP a big plus).
  • The position is Full-Time, On-Site
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Tools effectively

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
