Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general supervision of the Controller, supervise all general ledger accounting and accounting staff. Coordinate the annual audit and assist with the tax return preparation. Coordinate with the controller the budget process and implementation. Supervise and review the preparation of operation analyses and month end reconciliations prepared by the accounting staff for the Hospital, Pavilion, Rehab Hospital, OHS, Georgetown Hospital and Division.

• You will be responsible for Intercompany billing for all entries on a monthly basis.
• You will assist in the development of the operating and capital budgets.
• You will coordinate the annual financial audits with independent and internal audit teams.
• You will assist with tax return preparation by providing requested information.
• You will be responsible for supervision of accounting employees, distribution of information from management to staff and employee complaints.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree
