We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Accounting, Operations & HR Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations across accounting, payroll, human resources, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. This position reports directly to the CFO.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad, hands-on position and can manage a variety of responsibilities with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. The position supports accounts receivable, accounts payable, bi-weekly payroll, general accounting support, HR administration, internal scheduling for outside employees and consultants, vendor and IT coordination, and coordination of sales team needs with marketing and operations.
The role also includes HR responsibilities such as onboarding and offboarding support, employee surveys, annual benefits enrollment, and general employee administrative support.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $60,000–$68,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, technical skills, and ability to work independently across the scope of the role.
Candidates with stronger experience in payroll, accounting support, HR administration, coordination across departments, and systems such as Paychex and Sage may be considered toward the higher end of the range.

Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, collections follow-up, and vendor payments
- Provide general accounting support and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using Paychex
- Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll-related reporting and administrative tasks
- Work within Sage for accounting support and financial recordkeeping
- Support basic HR administrative functions across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, recordkeeping, and coordination of internal setup needs
- Help coordinate annual benefits enrollment and routine employee HR documentation
- Coordinate employee surveys and help organize feedback collection and follow-up
- Support internal scheduling for outside employees and consultants
- Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers, including IT support partners
- Help coordinate sales team needs with marketing and operations to support internal communication, follow-through, and execution
- Maintain confidentiality with employee, payroll, financial, and company information
- Support the CFO and outside partners with requested documentation and administrative follow-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of college required
- Experience in administrative support, accounting support, payroll, operations, HR support, or a similar coordination role
- Working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and financial recordkeeping
- Experience with Paychex preferred
- Experience with Sage preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively
- Professional communication skills and sound judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficiency with standard office software
- SHRM certification preferred but not required
