Accounting & QuickBooks Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Accounting & QuickBooks Specialist who knows QuickBooks Online (recent experience 6-YEARS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. This role is essential for ensuring the financial health of our organization and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using double-entry bookkeeping methods.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Perform general ledger accounting, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support as needed.

Skills

• QuickBooks (Recent Experience) - 6 YEARS
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with technical accounting practices and financial report writing.
• Familiarity with debits, credits, and their application in accounting processes.
• Excellent 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across the organization.
