Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist for our client operating in the renewable energy sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–4 years of experience in Finance / Accounting,
• Strong interest in finance and accounting processes,
• Good command of English with effective communication skills,
• Ability to adapt to an international and project-based working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting daily accounting operations for companies located in assigned EU countries (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank postings, accruals, depreciation),
• Taking an active role in monthly and year-end closing processes,
• Coordinating with external accounting firms and reviewing monthly financial data,
• Supporting accounting processes related to statutory reporting, VAT, and local regulations,
• Assisting in the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting working papers,
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA accounting processes and participating in process improvement initiatives.
