Accounting Specialist (On-Site – Miami)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of our growing legal team. This position will report directly to the CFO and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and accounting records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of financial statements
• Support tax compliance and documentation
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Ensure accuracy and organization of financial data

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the U.S.
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and reliable
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
