We are seeking a detail‑driven Accounting & Financial Operations professional to support our internal finance team while working closely with management and colleagues.

This full-time position offers one remote day per week in the first year, increasing to two thereafter, and involves accounting entries, month-end reconciliations, and support with payables and invoicing. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and clear communication are critical for success in this role.

<Responsibilities>

• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures
• Utilize accounting software QuickBooks Online to streamline financial operations
• Perform budgeting support to aid in firm financial planning and forecasting
• Help leadership stay informed on near‑term financial activity
• Handle check writing and

• Strong understanding of GAAP, technical accounting principles, and financial concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in EXCEL
• Expertise in double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations accurately
• Familiarity with Payroll processing and Accounts Payable related to corporate finance
• Assist with process improvements with AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
• Clear, professional communication skills
