Accounting Specialist

Accountant Responsibilities

• Consistently input daily financial transactions and accounts receivable data to finalize the posting process
• Perform invoicing and ensure timely payment.
• Clerical duties, receive and make calls, filling
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in all general ledgers.
• Accountant Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is mandatory
• At least one year of work experience in accounting, required
• Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks experience is needed; experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
