What You'll Do

• Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
• Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
• Validate calculations, formatting, and logical consistency across datasets
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in source materials
• Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
• Ensure datasets meet quality and accuracy standards for AI model training
  
  

Must-Have

Who You Are

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a closely related finance role
• Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable with structured data, formulas, and templates
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage task-based assignments

• Exposure to audit, FP&A, financial operations, or controllership
• Experience working with large or complex financial datasets
