Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Accounts & Admin (Ecommerce) professional with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling eCommerce transactions, accounting software, and digital tools, while also managing basic office administration tasks related to eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (vouchers, invoices, expenses).
• Record and track payments, receipts, and petty cash.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Maintain GST / withholding tax records and supporting documents.
• Handle filing, documentation, and record keeping digitally and physically.
• Coordinate with vendors and support general admin tasks.
• Use MS Excel, accounting software, and other digital tools efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Admin (Ecommerce)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and eCommerce accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
