Accounts Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Requirements

• ACCA qualified/part-qualified, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of taxation and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
