
Account Manager (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

6–8 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to IMT/LMT channel management and key account handling.

Proven experience in managing modern trade accounts and delivering business targets.

Strong understanding of trade promotions, category management, and in-store execution.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and identify growth opportunities through market insights.
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop key IMT and LMT customers across Karachi and the South region.

Achieve assigned targets related to volume, value, market share, and profitability.

Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key modern trade accounts.

Ensure effective execution of trade activities, promotional campaigns, visibility standards, and category growth initiatives.

Build strong customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements and trade terms.

Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store execution standards.
