Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships, seamless communication, and successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and communicate project briefs effectively.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle client feedback and ensure smooth execution of revisions and deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client communication as required.
• Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
• Experience in a Creative, Digital, Marketing, or Advertising Agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus.
