Accounts & HR Administrator (Australia Branch – Remote)
Full-Time | Australian Working Hours (3:00 AM–12:00 PM Dubai Time)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Administrator to support our Australia branch. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Xero and the ability to manage both accounting and HR tasks independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks and financial records in Xero
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable: invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
  • Support payroll preparation according to Australian standards
  • Track company expenses and manage petty cash
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with audits, HR compliance, and performance evaluation records
  • Communicate internal HR policies as needed
  • invoice and inventory on xero

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Xero experience (required)
  • Background in Accounting, HR Administration, or Business Support
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of Australian payroll/HR is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • xero software: 1 year (Preferred)
