Accounts & Admin Executive

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

1. Accounting Assistance:

  • Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Support the Accountant for proper bookkeeping and auditing.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, receivables and payables.

2. Client Relationship Assistance:

  • Support contract management by maintaining updated records of client files.
  • Assist in timely billing and proper follow ups.
  • Manage and update customer portals as required.

3. Office Administration:

  • Support the Administrator in general office operations, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Assist in renewals and other documentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

4. HR Assistance:

  • Support HR functions including employee documentation, leave records, and basic HR coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining updated employee files and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with a strong accounting background.
  • Able to work under less supervision.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to maintain client and team relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • License (Preferred)
