1. Accounting Assistance:
- Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Support the Accountant for proper bookkeeping and auditing.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, receivables and payables.
2. Client Relationship Assistance:
- Support contract management by maintaining updated records of client files.
- Assist in timely billing and proper follow ups.
- Manage and update customer portals as required.
3. Office Administration:
- Support the Administrator in general office operations, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Assist in renewals and other documentations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
4. HR Assistance:
- Support HR functions including employee documentation, leave records, and basic HR coordination.
- Assist in maintaining updated employee files and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with a strong accounting background.
- Able to work under less supervision.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Communication skills and ability to maintain client and team relationships.
- Eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
