Accounts and Admin Assistant

About the Company:
A growing software development company is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Admin Executive. This role combines accounting support, administrative tasks, purchasing, and e-commerce data entry with basic Excel responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounts entries, record keeping, and petty cash handling.
  • Support general office administration (documentation, filing, correspondence).
  • Enter and update product data on e-commerce platforms (pricing, descriptions, inventory updates).
  • Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets using basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, formatting, formulas).
  • Handle purchasing of office supplies, small equipment, and other items on an as-and-when-needed basis.
  • Assist management with reports and reconciliations as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts, admin.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas (vlookup, pivot table data cleaning, formatting).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce portals or online product data entry will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
