Position: Office Assistant (Female Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and data entry for sales and purchases
- Handle accounts receivable and payable
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Coordinate courier dispatches and ensure correct deliveries
- Maintain daily and monthly records using Excel
- Assist in monthly account reconciliation and closing
- Provide general administrative support for smooth office operations
Language Requirements:
- English – Proficient (mandatory)
- Hindi Basic communication skills
