Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive
Job Role: Required candidate must have the knowledge of Accounts finalization, Book
Keeping, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Management, Payroll, Cash Management, Tax
Reconciliation, Taxation, Audit, TDS & GSTR -1 & 3B Handling along with Stock Management
and Administration Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounts:
transactions, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
reporting and compliance with statutory regulations. TDS & GSTR -1 & 3B
Handling
preparing necessary documentation and reports.
transactions accurately, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
2. Making Bills:
ensuring all products/services and applicable taxes are correctly included.
records, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
generate periodic reports for management review.
3. Administration:
Experience:
1-2 Year Prior Work Experience as Accounts & Admin Executive in a reputed organization
Required Skills:
Eligible Candidate: Male Candidates & Residents of Indore, Madhya Pradesh only preferred
Working Schedule: 6 Day’s working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
