Job Title: Accounts & Admin ExecutiveJob Description

The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and basic accounting activities, along with handling front desk operations and official communication through emails and calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
  • Manage and monitor official email IDs and respond to routine correspondence
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and route them to the appropriate departments
  • Assist with basic accounting activities such as invoices, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Coordinate with Accounts, HR, and Operations teams for administrative support
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and files (physical and digital)
  • Track and follow up on emails, payments, and vendor/client communications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
