Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain vendor and client payment records.
- Coordinate with CA for audits and tax matters.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance and payroll support.
- Handle documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies and asset management.
- Support HR in onboarding documentation and compliance.
- Manage official correspondence and record keeping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST filing.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
