Accounts & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain vendor and client payment records.
  • Coordinate with CA for audits and tax matters.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain employee attendance and payroll support.
  • Handle documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies and asset management.
  • Support HR in onboarding documentation and compliance.
  • Manage official correspondence and record keeping.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST filing.
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
