Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support overall business efficiency. The Administrative Manager will supervise administrative staff, manage office operations, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily administrative and office operations

Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures

Assist senior management with operational and administrative tasks

Improve administrative systems and workflows for efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred

3–5 years of administrative or office management experience

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
