Accounts & Admin Officer

We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Lahore.

Accounts & Admin Officer

Qualification:

Experience:

  • 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Manage petty cash, daily expenses, and vendor accounts including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly/annual account reconciliations and support financial closing.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer balances with Sales and Recovery teams.
  • Provide documentation support for audits.
  • Oversee office administration, facility management, supplies, and documentation control.
  • Manage fixed assets with proper tagging, tracking, and verification.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support interdepartmental communication, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, analytic, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / Accounting Software.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
