About Us:
We are a growing organization handling accounts and administrative tasks. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts & Admin Officer to strengthen our team and contribute to our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile company and client accounts.
  • Maintain and update client ledgers accurately.
  • Support financial planning with daily funds management reports.
  • Perform monthly closing entries and adjustments.
  • Track and manage company expenses and reimbursements.
  • Maintain profit and loss statements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws and taxation requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and profiles in the system.
  • Assist in company audits and preparation of reports.
  • Support implementation and improvement of ERP practices and processes.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Accounts & Admin.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or recovery departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and work independently.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
