We are a growing organization handling accounts and administrative tasks. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts & Admin Officer to strengthen our team and contribute to our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile company and client accounts.
- Maintain and update client ledgers accurately.
- Support financial planning with daily funds management reports.
- Perform monthly closing entries and adjustments.
- Track and manage company expenses and reimbursements.
- Maintain profit and loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and taxation requirements.
- Maintain employee records and profiles in the system.
- Assist in company audits and preparation of reports.
- Support implementation and improvement of ERP practices and processes.
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Accounts & Admin.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or recovery departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to make informed decisions and work independently.
- Fluent in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
