Job Title: Accounts cum Office Administrator

About Us: Hexagon Komputers is a dynamic and growing IT Solution Provider company committed to providing IT Solutions globaly. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum Office Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter purchase, sales, and expenses entries accurately into the accounting system.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment reminders as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain service call records and assist in scheduling service appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling service call records and scheduling is a plus.
