Job Title: Accounts cum Office Administrator
About Us: Hexagon Komputers is a dynamic and growing IT Solution Provider company committed to providing IT Solutions globaly. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase, sales, and expenses entries accurately into the accounting system.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment reminders as needed.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain service call records and assist in scheduling service appointments.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling service call records and scheduling is a plus.
