Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain bank-related paperwork's
- Support the finance team with invoices, vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
- Ensure proper filing and adherence to UAE banking and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of financial and banking documents.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing summaries and reports for management review.
- Handle filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies related to finance operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years in accounts/admin support, preferably with exposure to banking documentation in UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT, WPS payroll system, and local banking procedures.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- English required; Hindi is an advantage
