Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain bank-related paperwork's
  • Support the finance team with invoices, vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and adherence to UAE banking and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of financial and banking documents.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing summaries and reports for management review.
  • Handle filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies related to finance operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years in accounts/admin support, preferably with exposure to banking documentation in UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT, WPS payroll system, and local banking procedures.
  • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
  • English required; Hindi is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
