We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative tasks within the company. This role combines accounting responsibilities with office management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Handle payroll, taxes, and compliance.
  • Oversee office management including supplies, scheduling, and communication.
  • Supervise and guide admin and accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in tally and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
