Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

● Maintain books of accounts in TALLY.

● Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

● Process payroll including PT, PF, ESIC, MLWF, and TDS.

● Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash transactions.

● Prepare MIS reports, monthly/quarterly statements, and audit support documents.

● Monitor company expenses and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

● Provide financial insights to management for business decision-making.

Administration & Office Support

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

● Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, travel bookings, and courier services.

● Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and official communications.

● Oversee housekeeping, facility management, and workplace hygiene checks.

You’re a Great Fit If You

● Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

● Have 2–4 years of experience in Indian accounting & compliance.

● Proficiency in TALLY, with bonus skills in Zoho Books or Odoo ERP.

● Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.) is a plus.

● Strong in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
