Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Billing Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing operations and supporting the accounts department with accounting tasks, GST filing support, and other related functions. This role requires a basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing processes, and GST compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Billing Operations:
- Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure all billing entries are correctly recorded in the system.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation for all invoices and credit/debit notes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for payment collection.
Accounts Support:
- Assist the senior accountant with day-to-day accounting entries such as journal vouchers, expense booking, and bank entries.
- Support in maintaining proper books of accounts.
- Help with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and vendor payments.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
GST & Compliance:
- Support in preparing data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Ensure all invoices are GST compliant.
- Help maintain records required for audits and statutory compliance.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing and basic accounting functions.
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
