Accounts and Documentation Executive

Bareek Al Bahar Tents Industries is a leading company in Sharjah UAE specializing in tents, sheds, pergolas, car park shades, and tensile shade structures. We deliver projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and UAE , serving government, corporate, and private clients.

We are looking for a wise, responsible, and organized Accounts & Documentation Executive to join our team and handle all documentation, accounts, and administrative work for smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage accounts & finance (invoices, receipts, petty cash, expense tracking, and supplier payments).
  • Coordinate with external auditors/accountants for VAT, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as quotations, contracts, tenders, BOQs, technical submittals, and approval documents.
  • Manage project files (drawings, municipality approvals, permits, completion certificates).
  • Draft and review company correspondence, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  • Handle general office administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in accounts + documentation/admin role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Trustworthy, wise, and proactive personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
