We Are Hiring – Outdoor Sales Executive (3D Construction Printing Machines)

Location: Sharjah & UAE Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to lead the promotion and sales strategy for our 3D Printing Machines for Construction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE market, strong client networking skills, and the ability to position innovative technology solutions to contractors, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce and promote 3D construction printing technology in the UAE market.
• Identify and approach potential clients (contractors, real estate developers, consultants, government projects).
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales agreements.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE (construction equipment, machinery, or related technology).
• Proven record of business development and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and networks in UAE is required.
